A96 footbridge, Forres

Here's a sriking modern footbridge over the A96 at Forres which doesn't seem to have a name. It spans a busy trunk road and links the town of Forres to the cycle path which runs alongside the road out to RAF Kinloss and Findhorn village. Next to the bridge on the south side is Sueno's stone, the largest surviving Pictish slab stone at 6.5 metres high. If is encased in an armoured glass enclosure to prevent further weathering and damage.
